Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design – Canteen Tender
Sustainability, innovation, and a high-quality gastronomic experience are key priorities for Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design (MOME). To support these values, we collaborated on a comprehensive canteen tender project aimed at developing an operational and gastronomic concept that would meet the long-term needs of the university community while aligning with MOME’s core principles.
Project Goals and Implementation
The aim of the canteen tender was to develop a concept for a modern, sustainable, and health-conscious food service that meets the expectations of students, faculty, and staff. Throughout the process, we sought solutions that combine environmentally conscious thinking, the use of high-quality ingredients, and innovative culinary approaches.

Our Tasks
We developed a comprehensive gastronomic concept that considered the needs of the university community, principles of sustainable dining, and the expectations of contemporary hospitality. We contributed to drafting and publishing the call for tenders, formulated the participation requirements and evaluation criteria, and communicated the tender specifically to relevant stakeholders. We also provided professional oversight throughout the selection and decision-making process, supporting the appointment of a suitable operator.
The project concluded successfully, resulting in a canteen concept that not only elevates the everyday dining experience but also contributes to MOME’s long-term sustainability goals.
