Communication strategy development
We defined the brand’s core values, positioning, and target audiences, and built PANO’s communication strategy around them. The aim was to set a clear direction and ensure consistent brand building in the long term.

Brand identity refresh
We shaped PANO’s visual identity to reflect both the natural character of bread and the founders’ laid-back yet professional attitude. We designed a new logo, color palette, and supporting brand elements that work seamlessly across different platforms.

Visual content creation
Through creative and product photography we showcased PANO’s world: the bread-making process, the honesty of the ingredients, and the aesthetics of the finished products. These visuals became the foundation for social media, the website, and other brand platforms.

Merchandise design and production
AWe designed and produced complementary items that strengthen brand awareness and presence – practical, well-designed products that represent PANO in everyday life.

The result is a cohesive, distinctive, and future-proof brand system that authentically conveys PANO’s values across all platforms.
